Claire Duffield

I caught the travel bug from a very young age. My parents have always worked in group travel and therefore I spent most of my younger years exploring Europe and beyond with them while they were working.

It was inevitable that I would end up working within the travel industry. After leaving school at 16 I went straight to work for the family business and very quickly developed a passion for all things operations. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and team members, some of which I am pleased to say have stayed with me throughout my career. I pride myself on my strong focus on driving growth of business from a front-line operational perspective.

After 8 years of working in the family business I joined the Albatross Group Operations Department, eventually working up to the Director of Operations.

Working in Operations is so rewarding, no day is ever the same. The customers booking journey, including pre and post travel support, is critical to building trust in our brands and is a very strong focus within the team here at Magari Tours.

When I am not working I can usually be found on the side of a football pitch cheering on my 2 football crazy sons. They are my biggest achievement and I love to support them with their dreams and goals.
